Army veteran Captain Tom has now raised over £29 million for the NHS by walking 100 lengths of his garden. He has now broken TWO world records by being responsible for the most money raised by an individual charity walk EVER. Captain Tom has now also become the oldest artist to get a UK NUMBER ONE single, teaming up with Michael Ball to release a cover of ‘You’ll never walk alone’.
